The dowel from TOX in combination with our screw offers a tested system and is compatible with almost all our fittings and many wall materials. The screw maynot be threaded near the head. A screw with a continuous thread would cut the sealing surfaces in the upper area. The reinforced shank is required for sealing. Other screw combinations are not permitted.
